Dr. Theresa Harring brings 24 years of injection experience to SPA 146 — a journey that began as a volunteer dental assistant working alongside her father. She went on to earn her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2008, then spent four years as a General Surgery resident, gaining hands-on experience in plastic surgery, liver transplants, and trauma repair. Today, Dr. Harring practices as an Emergency Medicine physician while dedicating her aesthetic expertise to SPA 146, where she has built her practice since taking her first Aesthetic Medicine course in 2013.

Dr. Harring’s path into aesthetic medicine was deeply personal. After watching her mother struggle to find safe, affordable, and consistent injectable care — including a botched treatment that left her with a significant brow drop — Dr. Harring realized her own years of injection experience and deep knowledge of facial anatomy could offer something better. She began treating family, then friends, and eventually built SPA 146 into the trusted Houston practice it is today — one built on precision, safety, and genuine care for every patient who sits in her chair.

Erin Mould, PA-C, has been part of the SPA 146 family for over two years and is a master injector in her own right. With a background in Internal and Family Medicine, Erin has practiced at multiple clinics across the United States while balancing her career with her roles as a dedicated wife and mother to her husband and sons. Though she had always had an interest in aesthetics, it wasn’t until she met Dr. Harring in early 2023 that she fully integrated it into her practice.

Erin is constantly learning new techniques and often brings fresh ideas and emerging trends to the SPA 146 team. She specializes in facial balancing, expertly blending tried-and-true methods with newer regenerative products and procedures. Beyond injections, Erin is SPA 146’s resident “Peptide Queen” — the go-to provider for all things peptide therapy, guiding patients through personalized protocols tailored to their unique health and wellness goals.
